Accomplishments

  • A total of 236 student-athletes from UCF were selected to the 2022-23 American Athletic Conference All-Academic Team.
  • Women’s Tennis earned the highest GPA amongst women’s teams and overall for Spring 2024.
  • Men’s Golf earned the highest GPA amongst men’s teams for Spring 2024.
  • Two teams earned the 2022-23 AAC Team Academic Excellence Award – Women’s Rowing and Men’s Soccer.
  • Six student-athletes were named a 2022-23 American Athletic Conference Scholar Athlete – Shannon Doherty (Softball), Jason Johnson (Football), Rayniah Jones (Women’s Indoor Track and Field), Marie Mattel (Women’s Tennis), McKenna Melville (Volleyball) and Latasha Smith (Women’s Outdoor Track and Field).
  • One student-athlete was named as a 2024 UCF Order of Pegasus recipient: Jada Cody (Softball).
